At Stage Ready, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate our clients while maintaining our commitment to scheduling and preparation, we have established the following cancellation policy:
CANCELLATION WINDOW
Time Frame: Clients have up to two (2) days (48 hours) from the time of booking to cancel their choreography sessions without penalty.
Notification Requirement: Cancellations must be communicated within this 48-hour window to be eligible for a refund.
HOW TO CANCEL
To cancel a booking, clients must notify Stage Ready through one of the following methods:
- Phone Call: Call us at 210-405-7755 to speak directly with a member of our team.
- Text Message: Send a text message to 210-405-7755 with your name, booking details, and request to cancel.
- Email: Email us at [email protected] with your name, booking details, and request to cancel.
CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION
- Acknowledgment: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will acknowledge receipt and confirm the cancellation through the same communication method used by the client (phone call, text, or email).
- Refund Process: If the cancellation request is made within the 48-hour window, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
- After 48 Hours: Cancellations made after the 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund. Clients are encouraged to consider their schedules carefully before booking to avoid inconvenience.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients may contact us to discuss potential accommodations. These cases will be reviewed individually, and any decisions made are at the discretion of Stage Ready.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITES
- Timely Notification: Clients are responsible for notifying Stage Ready of any cancellations within the specified time frame.
- Accurate Information: Ensure that all cancellation requests include accurate booking details to facilitate prompt processing.
By booking with Stage Ready, clients agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. This policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for both clients and our team.
